ABOUT: Scented with fresh oolong tea leaves that produce creamy and buttery flavor. First infusion lets experience the pretty pale honey yellow liquor, which darkens in each subsequent infusion and produces the flavor of minerals and fresh air.

 

BREWING METHOD: Use boiling water att 90-100°C with 3 Grams of tea leaves for 6 Minutes. Re-steep using boiling water up to 4 times with an additional 30 Seconds to each additional infusion.
