ABOUT: Scented with fresh oolong tea leaves that produces golden amber color liquor in first infusion, honey, sweetness, as well as warm roast notes as charcoal, woodiness, and minerals.

 

BREWING METHOD: Use boiling water att 90-100°C with 3 Grams of tea leaves for 6 Minutes. Re-steep using boiling water up to 4 times with an additional 30 Seconds to each additional infusion.

OXIDATION LEVEL (10~100%): 20%
